Federal Ministry Of Education Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) Scholarship Programme 2013/2014

The Federal Ministry of Education, The Federal Scholarship Board, plot 245 Samuel Ademulegun Street Central Business District, Abuja.

The Minister Of Education, Prof. (Mrs) Ruqayyatu Ahmed Rufai’s O.O.N, hereby invite interested and qualified candidate to participate in 2013/2014 nomination interview for Bilateral Educational Agreement Scholarship award tenable in China, Rusia, Cuba, algeria, Morocco, Ukriane, Romania, Egypt, Turkey, Serbia, Japan, Mexico Macedonai, etc

The Award is strictly for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Studies

All Applicant or Candidates are advised to:

Get the federal government scholarship board website: wwwfsb.gov.ng visited
Then you will click on the application center
you will now click on Bilateral Educational Agreement form
After that is done, you will then register/login
Please make sure you read requirements and instructions carefully before you continue
Print out completed application form and acknowledgement slip and bring 2 copies to the venue of interview

Course Of Study
For Undergraduate Level, Geology, Medcine, Paramedical, Engineering, Agriculture, Sciences, Mathematice, Languages, Enviromental sciences, sport, Law, Social Science, ect
For Postgraduate Level, Master and PhD in any discipline or course

Requirement Needed:
1) For Postgraduate Scholarship; you must have first degree with minimum of 2.1. Applicant who are previously recipients of Foreign Awards must have completed a 2 years post employment practice in Nigeria. All candidate should have completed NYSC at age limit of 35 years for Masters and 40 years for Ph.D.
2) For Undergraduate Scholarship; You or must have a minimum of 5 distinctions in SSCE or NECO in subject relevant to you field of study with English and Mathematics inclusive. Applicants certificate must not be more than 3 years old, say by 2012-2012. The applicant who are still in 300 level by October 2013 in any tertiary institution, do not need to apply. Age limit for this 23 years. Knowledge of language of the country of choice is an added advantage.
Place or Venue Of Interview: all candidate should report for interview at the venue nearest to them as schedule for their respective state of origin. Two sets of of completed forms should be submitted at the interview centres with the following document attached:
a) Two photocopies of Educational Certificate and Testimonial
b) One SSCE Or NECO Certificate
c) The Statement of results must be NECO or WAEC and should be forwarded to the Director/Secretary, Federal Scholarship Board, Abuja.
d) Two Photocopies of Birth Certificate
e) Local Government Of Origin Certificate
f) Eight passport colour photograph on a white background
g) Medical Fitness Certificate including HIV/AIDS, and Hepatitis B free Certificate, to be obtained from a Teaching Hospital, General Hospital, or National Hospital, Abuja
h) Get Police Clearance Certificate including finger prints from the police station close to your place of residence
i) Photocopy of Data page of current International Passport
j) NYSC Certificate and Academic transcripts will be required from applicants for Postgraduate studies
