A. PROFESSORS:

Department of Public Law

Candidates applying for the position of Professor in this department must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Law, preferably in the area of Public Law. The Candidates must have at least 15 years teaching and research experience in a recognized University. Candidates could also be either a. Professor in another accredited University in the field of Public Law, a Reader or an Associate Professor of three years teaching experience in Public Law course(s), a Senior Lecturer of six years teaching experience in Public Law course(s), with proven evidence of productive scholarship and substantial publications in Learned Journals and other reputable sources.

Department of International Law

Candidates applying for the position of Professor in this department must: possess a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Law, preferably in the area of International Law. The Candidates must have at least 15 years teaching and research experience in a recognized University. Candidates could also be either a Professor in another accredited University in the field of International Law, a Reader or an Associate Professor of three years teaching experience in International Law course(s), a Senior Lecturer of six years teaching experience in International Law course(s) with proven evidence of productive scholarship and substantial publications in Learned Journals and other reputable sources.

Department of Business Law

Candidates applying for the position of Professor in this department must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Law, preferably in the area ofBusiness Law. The Candidates must have at least 15 years teaching and research experience in a recognized University. Candidates could also be either a Professor in another accredited University in the field of Business Law, a Reader or an Associate Professor of three years teaching experience in Business Law course(s), a Senior Lecturer of six years teaching experience in Business Law course(s), with proven evidence of productive scholarship and substantial publications in Learned Journals and other reputable sources.

Department of Private Law

Candidates applying for the position of Professor in this department must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Law, preferably in the area of Private Law. The Candidates must have at least 15 years teaching and research experience in a recognized University. Candidates could also be either a Professor in another accredited University in the field of Private Law, a Reader or an Associate Professor of three years teaching experience in Private Law course(s), a Senior Lecturer of six years teaching experience in Private Law course(s), with proven evidence of productive scholarship and substantial publications in Learned Journals and other reputable sources.

B. SENIOR LECTURERS:

Department of Private Law

Candidates applying for the position of Senior Lecturer in this department must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Law, preferably in the area of Private Law. The Candidates must have at least 10 years teaching and research experience in a recognized University. Candidates could also be either a Senior Lecturer in another accredited University in the field of Private Law, or Lecturer 1 of three years teaching experience in Private Law course(s), with proven evidence of productive scholarship and substantial publications in Learned Journals and other reputable sources.

Candidates applying for the position of Senior Lecturer in this department must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Law, preferably in the area of International Law. Candidates could also be either a Senior Lecturer in another accredited University in the field of International Law, or Lecturer 1 of three years teaching experience in International Law course(s), with proven evidence of productive scholarship and substantial publications in Learned Journals and other reputable sources.

Department of Business Law

Candidates applying for the position of Senior Lecturer in this department roust possess a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Law, preferably in the area ofBusiness Law. The Candidates must have at least 10 years teaching and research experience in a recognized University. Candidates could also be either a Senior Lecturer in another accredited University in the field ofBusiness Law, or Lecturer 1 of three years teaching experience in Business Law course(s), with proven evidence of productive scholarship and substantial publications in Learned Journals and other reputable sources.
