1. JOB TITLE: FIELD SUBSEA WELL INTERVENTION ENGINEER

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, Accredited GED, or International Equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of directly related experience.

Experience and understanding of upper completions equipment and design, preferably with intelligent well completions.

Experience with Workover, Completion and Intervention operations is an asset (surface and subsea preferred).

Demonstrated aptitude with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, concepts, controls and equipment.

Demonstrated ability to build team consensus and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in multi-discipline, multi-cultural environment; able to interact effectively with peers, Partners, service and contractor representatives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Engineering.

2. JOB TITLE: DRILLING ENGINEER

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline

Minimum of 5 years experience as a drilling engineer or as a company representative. Note: Each country has specific requirements for non-national personnel to work in their country, initial assignments will be to locations commensurate with the successful candidate’s education and work experience.

A valid passport issued from country of citizenship.

Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English

Proven competency in well design, execution planning, and drilling operations

Strong communication and leadership skills for interaction with technical employees in the work group, their peers, and internal and external customers

Candidate must be results and performance driven

Candidate should be self motivated with the ability to act as a change agent

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to learn non-English languages

Experience in multiple types of operations (e.g. land, offshore shelf, deepwater, geothermal, etc.)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore and/or swamp well drilling projects and operations. Technically and operationally credible to influence engineers, superintendents, DSMs, asset team & service partners, as appropriate to achieve safe, regulatory-compliant, reliable, and efficient designs and operations.

Proven Communication, Documentation & Mentoring Skills: Able to work well with all stakeholders and maintain clear communication channels. Provides technical guidance and mentoring to well completion, intervention, and workover engineers.

Proven organizational skills: Responsible for preparing well completion, workover, and intervention project plans to achieve Clear Leader OE results. Able to manage and coordinate, with a dynamic rig schedule in a challenging remote location, ordering, delivery, and QA/QC of equipment and operational activities of many service partners in support of complex completion, workover and intervention operations.

Relocation Options

Relocation will be considered within Chevron parameters.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma, Accredited GED, or International Equivalent.

A valid passport issued from country of citizenship.

A minimum of 5 years experience in supervision of onsite drilling and/or completion/workoever activities. Note: Each country has specific requirements for non-national personnel to work in their country, initial assignments will be to locations commensurate with the successful candidate’s education and work experience.

Strong communication skills are imperative.

English language skills.

Applicants must be able to successfully complete Chevron’s IADC certified Well Control training in order to achieve certification for well control.

Strong emphasis on safety of personnel and assures compliance with all applicable environmental regulations & policies.

Demonstrated ability to apply new technology.

Experience in mentoring and training less experienced personnel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A valid IADC Well Control Certificate (or equivalent) is preferred, but can be provided by company for successful applicant after hiring.

Experience on 4th and 5th generation dynamic positioned semi-submersible and drillships will be necessary for some positions.

Language skills other than English are not required, but are preferred for some positions.

Relocation Options

This is a rotational position, relocation will not be offered. Company will provide travel to/from the work location in compliance with Company travel policies.*LI-KG1

International Considerations

This is an expatriate position; therefore willingness to work outside of home country is an expectation. Candidate must be willing to work in multiple locations around the world
