Job Title: National Sales Manager
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet set objectives.,
2. Establish a sales objective for the department.
3. Develop, Implement and Monitor sales and marketing budgets & activities.
4. Provide leadership for the area sales managers.
5. Sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
6. Preparation of Monthly sales reports
7. Analysis and control of expenditures to conform with budgetary requirements


Qualification & Attributes

1. Must have a degree in Pharmacy
2. MBA or Masters degree in marketing
3. A minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
4. Must have excellent IT skills
5. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
6. Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.
7. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
8. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
9. Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
10. Work experience in a Pharmaceutical company is an added advantage.
