DIVERSITY & WORKFORCE PROGRAMS PROFESSIONAL

Support Central East West African countries workforce program (while you are here activities) in relation to leave programs implementation and execution
Support the HR intranet policies updates for the countries.
Proper and effective tracking for fixed term contract extensions and contract management
Support Leave of absence process for country to country transfers and ensure a proper tracking in place.
Supporting Human resource management system deployment for “While you are here” programs
Key interface with HR partners for Work life Program policies
Ensure proper employee data management
Ensure proper tracking to probation while abiding to the local law requirement
Ensure programs aligned to global guidelines, business controls and audit readiness
Support the Africa geography expansion in terms of Work Life Program policies
Manage internal transfers policies and performance management
Executing the process and policies in an efficient way
Act as regional Central East West Africa focal point for diversity, covering all the activities related to relevant diversity constituencies and imperatives (such as: women, People with Disability, cultural diversity and adaptability, work/life integration).
Responsible for defining priorities & deploying action plans in these areas in order to increase employee & management awareness, build diverse talent pipeline & improve representation, promote formal networking.
Interlock with regional HR Leaders, broader diversity team, other HR functions and management to drive diversity initiatives.
Deploy and control diversity budget assigned to the region for program implementation, following relevant processes and reporting on spending.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years experience in Defining priorities & deploying action plans
English: Fluent

PREFERRED
Social Sciences
At least 7 years experience in Defining priorities & deploying action plans
