Act as regional Central East West Africa focal point for diversity, covering all the activities related to relevant diversity constituencies and imperatives (such as: women, People with Disability, cultural diversity and adaptability, work/life integration).
Responsible for defining priorities & deploying action plans in these areas in order to increase employee & management awareness, build diverse talent pipeline & improve representation, promote formal networking.
Interlock with regional HR Leaders, broader diversity team, other HR functions and management to drive diversity initiatives.
Deploy and control diversity budget assigned to the region for program implementation, following relevant processes and reporting on spending.
