We are a small growing company based within CBD, Ikeja - Lagos. Recently, we acquired dealership of this U.S.A. Government patented innovative product which saves lives and property from incidence of Fire which is prevalent in Nigeria. This is an estimated N10Billion market, therefore there is huge potential for top business-sales people to become territory/regional managers across the Geo-political zones of Nigeria.

Business Executives
Who are we looking for ?

1) Young vibrant and energetic men and women
2) Ability to absorb yourself into the product and take ownership
3) Creative and flare to break new grounds and open new doors
4) Strong strategic thinking in market selection & penetration
5) Ambitious and aggressive in company objectives.
6) Able to hit the ground running with strong leadership qualities

We are expecting that within the first six months, each Business Executive would have been able to create its own market and territory and therefore able to lead new recruits to compliment his/her effort so far. The Business Executive shall oversee the sales activities of this new team. The objective of the Company is to serve at least 10% of the 150 Million population Nigerian market size with this fire protection & alarm equipment otherwise known as "fireballs".

Salary & Remuneration

1. There is transport to territories to be covered; starting from Ikeja Office to Lagos Island: Marina, Broad Street, Balogun Market, Breadfruit, Nnamdi Azikwe Str and the entire Lagos Island. This shall be followed by Awolowo Road, Obalende, Onikan, Osborne, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki etc. There is transport to and from a central location.

2. There is a stipend to cover out-of-pocket expenses from home to office and back home, a salary of N50,000 shall be for executives who are able to sell at least minimum of 50 fireballs in a given month.

3. Executives who are able to close big ticket sales (minimum of 500 fire balls) from Parastatals like PHCN, NPA, NAFDAC, SON, BANKS, OIL COMPANIES, TELECOM COMPANIES, BIG MANUFACTURING, BIG STORES, RETAILERS etc., shall be entitled to N100K per month for 3months with free weekend at a top Hotel in Lagos. Sales of fireballs of 1,000 pieces of fireballs and above shall be entitled to monthly salary of N250K for 3months and shall become a Regional Director of the Company managing selected territories and shall earn part of sales income arising from that territory irrespective of source.
